    In reply to Mike Michalak. Good feedback. I looked at the zoning map again. The businesses mentioned (Haven, etc.) hug Eastside Road. So an outdoor processing plant could be proposed in the HI area next to residential backyard fences. Perhaps the consideration should be expanded for the "big picture" into the future. The Kutras property adjacent to the Sundial Bridge was formerly zoned industrial and the proposed relocation site of the Wintu casino was zoned agricultural -until they weren’t.
