Why do California governmental organizations prefer bonds despite them costing taxpayers extra in interest payments compared to regular taxes? ~55% needed to pass a bond measure ~66% needed to pass a government-sponsored special tax Only ~50% needed to pass citizen-led tax measure (unless prop 43 passes, raising it to 66%)

    In reply to Doni Chamberlain. Yep. Got the recipe while taking Italian cooking classes at Shasta College with Patricia (Carapeza) Sinclair. She later opened Sinclair's down off of Bonnieview. Fun times!
