The Kutras property adjacent to the Sundial Bridge was formerly zoned industrial and the proposed relocation site of the Wintu casino was zoned agricultural -until they weren’t. Any homeless are on the opposite side of Hwy 273 or under the Clear Creek bridge. Neither spot is anywhere near the proposed “criminal campus.” The riverfront portion […]
