    Thanks for sharing your thoughts.  I’ve been thinking about that same sort of thing lately.  If you eat good food and stay active, you’re better able to handle problems and challenges that come your way.   Healthy choices, which can be difficult to make because of culture or habit, can clear muddled thinking and give you renewed enthusiasm for life.  Again, thank you.
