Fire North of Redding Causes Road Closures, Evacuations

    In reply to Flounders. Good to know about parsley. And I am impressed (jealous) about your tarragon returning after winter. You're correct about it doing best in partial shade. It's delicate. (I can't remember where I bought the Mexican tarragon, but it's STURDY and loves full sun.)
