    Further confirmation on why previous Shasta County Counsels left when they did. I doubt recent hire will be up to the task of defending the County against this CEQA lawsuit which will require the County utilize an outside attorney.

    From my past professional career... this is not realistic, nor feasible nor does it appear legal for the sitting member (leader) of a county be granted a 'special' use land 'reversal' and seemingly 'arranged' for his own success.
