    While the lack of signatories Cork highlights here is worthy of question, I think the issue of far greater concern would have to be the initial 'refusal' of submission for the "Rebuttal to Argument".     In reply to Joe. For 100 years there was less than 30,000 citizens of Shasta County and then in the next 30 years, a 100,000 people moved here…. I’ve been in a very bad mood since. My Grandfather Oscar Kinyon was a constable and branding inspector in 1920s in Eastern Shasta County.
