Hill Country Health and Wellness Center has been nationally recognized by NCQA (the National Committee for Quality Assurance) as a “Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home”. Level 3 is the highest level attainable for a medical practice. Since its founding in 1990, NCQA has been a central figure in driving improvement throughout the health care system, helping to elevate the issue of health care quality to the top of the national agenda.

O’Kane. “NCQA’s PCMH 2011 Recognition shows that Hill Country Health and Wellness Center has tools, systems and resources to provide their patients with the right care at the right time.”
Hill Country Health and Wellness Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, provides primary medical care, behavioral health and dental services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. Medi-Cal, Medicare and Covered CA insurances are accepted. Discounted services are available for the low-income uninsured.
