Today we’re featuring Redding Subaru, a new car dealership in Redding. Even though its big new building on Cypress Avenue isn’t yet completed, they’re open for sales and service in the temporary trailer. I’m talking with sales manager, Jonathan Campbell, today as we welcome Redding Subaru to Redding, as well as to anewscafe.com’s upcoming auto tab.
It looks like quite a building going up on Cypress Avenue near Bechelli Lane for Subaru. How long has this dealership been planned?
The new sales and service center was planned right from the start. The day we took over the franchise in November 2010, we immediately got the ball rolling to give our customers the best environment for all of their sales and service needs.
What do you believe are the best features of a Subaru?
Safety, performance, reliability and longevity from a company that has been incorporated in the USA since 1968.
There are other car dealerships in town. What sets Redding Subaru apart from the others?
Customer service is the number 1 goal here at Redding Subaru. Sales, service and parts department managers meet a minimum of one day per week to discuss current customer satisfaction and to immediately implement a change when needed. When a customer lets us earn their trust and becomes part of the Redding Subaru family, we do what we need to do to keep that trust long after the sale.
What is your philosophy at Redding Subaru?
A happy customer is and always will be more important than the sale here at Redding Subaru.
Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?
I would just like to thank the entire community for the support we have received since opening in December of 2010. Thank you to those who gave us the opportunity when our inventory was scarce, to say the least.
Thank you to those who have endured our construction mess, and made what is usually the second largest purchase of their lives out of our temporary trailer.
Thank you to everyone who navigated the driveway at our KIA store to utilize our temporary parts and service facility during our growing pains.
We appreciate each and every one of you, and we look forward to servicing the community for many years to come.
