Shasta College Community Teaching Garden Workshop: Food Drying and Storage

What to do with all that produce you grew? This workshop will cover effective and low-cost methods for drying and preparing food for long-term storage. Also, learn effective long-term storage of vegetables, fruit, nuts, and grains. Presenter is a local bio-dynamic farmer who has farmed for over 30 years.
