In reply to Jolly. And in November that system failed. 192 of 10,843 ballots were so badly miscounted by Hart machines they had to be deleted and rescanned. If that 1.8%!!! error rate affected the entire election, ~1,597 of the 90,162 ballots cast were potentially miscounted. 7 contests had under 1.8% margins! We don't know […]
