Learn about the only mammals who know how to fly!

Corky Quirk from NorCal Bats Rescue joins us for two special shows celebrating these amazing creatures of the night. Experience up-close and personal a Mexican Free Tail and other cool bats. Learn interesting facts about bat habits and lifestyles. Take close-up photographs of bats and find out if bats will really fly into your hair or suck your blood!

Park admission is $14 for adults and $10 for seniors and children. Visitors who wear a costume all Halloween weekend long will receive $5 off park admission. Corky Quirk’s special bat shows are an additional $3 for children and $5 for adults. Space is limited, so arrive early!

Bat related activities for all museum guests include bat themed arts and crafts, face painting and a bat information table provided by Shasta County Public Health.
