Ray! A Drop of Golden Sun

Credit Charlie Price, friend and A News Cafe contributor, for sharing this YouTube video and providing a bit of levity on this tax day. Thank you, Charlie. Enjoy your day, everyone.

(Hey, did anyone else watch this and think James Santos and The Dance Project? Pancake Breakfast? Redding Airport? Shasta College? Farmers Market? Safeway at 5:30 p.m. any weeknight. I could totally see it.)

Here’s one explanation about the video I found online. Although I can’t vouch for its credibility, it sounds plausible:

More than 200 dancers were performing their version of “Do Re Mi” in the Central Station of Antwerp, Belguim. with just two rehearsals they created this amazing stunt! Those four fantastic minutes started the 23 of march 2009, at 8 a.m. It is a promotion stunt for a Belgian television program, where they are looking for someone to play the leading role, in the musical of “The Sound of Music.”
