8:00am: Bell Ringing Ceremony (Inside of Old City Hall, located at 1313 Market St.)
9:00am: The worldwide bell ringing
9:30am: Shuttle leaving the Martin Luther King Jr. Center to the Court House (Shuttle transportation provided by Bethel Church)
10:00am: Form the Prayer Circle
The south parking lot of the Court House, 1450 Court St. On the corner of Court and Yuba (Refreshment provided by the Salvation Army)
10:15am: Prayer by community ministers
10:30am: March from the Court House to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Multicultural Center (1815 Sheridan Street)
11:00am: Brunch – Martin Luther King, Jr. Center
12:00 to 1:30pm: Birthday celebration program
