33 New COVID-19 Cases Wednesday as Shasta County Exceeds 900

Deaths: 20

• We had 33 new cases on Wednesday. Thirty had symptoms (one was unknown) and none are hospitalized.
They are:
One boy under age 13
Three teenage girls and six teenage boys
Six women and six men in their 20s
Four women in their 30s
One woman and one man in their 40s
Four women in their 50s
One man in his 60s

• Wildfire smoke is in the air, flu season is beginning and COVID-19 continues to spread in our community. Exposure to any of these things can make people cough or sneeze.
