Popular north-state art teacher and gifted oil painter Chuck Prudhomme describes himself as a storyteller with a brush. That’s exactly what he accomplished with his piece, “Fire Watch”.
This 12-by-24-inch wood-framed oil painting shows someone perched on a horse’s back, surveying the horizon, where the sky is awash in rosy, golden hues, colors that could be from smoke and fire, or perhaps a sunrise or sunset. Click here to see Chuck’s ANC art posts.
