On February 16th, 2014, a purse snatch robbery occurred in the parking lot of Target, 1280 Dana Drive in Redding. The victim, 57 year old Sylvanie Lee Vines of Redding, reported that a white male suspect in his mid 20’s grabbed her purse from her shoulder as she was walking from her vehicle in the Target parking lot.
