5th Annual No One Should Go Hungry Benefit Concert and Street Fair

May 10th from 8am till 9pm at the Douglas City Firehall 35 miles west of Redding off 299 west. Admission is non perishable food or cash donation.

All proceeds go to the Douglas City Soup Kitchen.

Booth space for a 10X10 is $15 Contact Marlene Redbud Elliott for space reservation. 530-623-4250.

There will also be a huge raffle with a lot of great prizes and a 50/50 Raffle.

Clampers EVC 62 will be BBQing Tri-Tip, Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, we also will be serving, Nachos, Chili, Cole Slaw, Marconi Salad. Apples, Oranges, Banana’s Strawberry Shortcake . Cotton Candy. Sno Cones. Water and sodas.

The Douglas City Soup kitchen and food pantry serves an average of 130 meals every Tuesday from 11:00am till 1:00pm. They also give out much needed food bags to needy families.

Street Fair starts at 9:00am
BBQ by the Clampers ECV 62 starts at noon.
Circus Nature will start at noon with kids games and other activities.
