    By somebody's tradition the full moons have various names.

    December is called the: Cold Moon, Oak, Moon before Yule, Long Night, Snow or Christmas moon. It depends on whether you are Algonquin, medieval English, neo-Pagen, Colonial, or American Indian. Now if you do not fit into one of those groups, do not look at the full moon or you will grow hair on your hands and fangs in your mouth. I'm just sayin'.
