LOCATION: THE VALERO STATION, CITY OF SHASTA LAKE

VICTIM(S): VALERO STATION

SUSPECTS(S): UNKNOWN

SYNOPSIS: ON Sunday, May 22, 2011 AT 16:24 HOURS (4:24 p.m.) A MALE SUSPECT ENTERED THE VALERO STATION IN THE CITY OF SHASTA LAKE. HE DEMANDED MONEY FROM THE CASHIER AND WAS DENIED. THE SUSPECT THEN RAN AROUND THE COUNTER AND ATTEMPTED TO OPEN THE CASH REGISTER. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, HE STILL COULD NOT OPEN THE CASH REGISTER. HE LEFT ON FOOT AND WAS LAST SEEN WALKING WESTBOUND ON KENNETT ROAD.

THE SUSPECT IS DESCRIBED AS AN ADULT NATIVE AMERICAN MALE. HIS WEIGHT IS APPROXIMATELY 180 LBS, HEIGHT 5’6″, ABOUT 40 YEARS OLD, WITH LONG BLACK HAIR, PONY TAIL STYLE AND CLEAN SHAVEN. HE WAS WEARING A RED BASEBALL CAP, BLACK TANK TOP AND BLUE JEANS. BOTH ARMS HAD SLEAVE TATTOOS.
