The Redding Asphalt Cowboys is a private organization and an official affiliate of the Redding Rodeo Association volunteering year round along with three other affiliate groups, Redding Women’s Rodeo Association, Redding Rodeo Auxiliary Association, and the Redding Junior Rodeo Association.
