We are sending this letter as a reminder about our upcoming Soroptimist International of Anderson-Cottonwood’s sixth annual All About Women Fair. We would like you to join us! Either call or email Sherry Iverson, 244-5919 or AllAboutWomenFair@gmail.com as soon as possible to secure your booth, if you have not already done so.
We have arranged this fundraiser for continued support of women, girls and families of our community and local high school scholarships. Over the last five years we have contributed over $33,000 to these projects from our All About Women fundraisers.
As you know, All About Women is a day devoted to women. Our goal is to provide resources and contacts to pamper, spoil, educate and help women of our community to relax. While raising funds to help our community. There are booths to inform and booths to shop.
We are selling booth space in the Trinity and Shasta Halls at the Shasta District Fairgrounds. All About Women day is Saturday, February 26, 2011, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Booth space is still available for $150 and the booth rental includes two chairs. We have a limited number of tables available upon request, and the table cloth and skirting is an additional $20. A portion of the booth rental will also cover an increased advertising budget. This year we have decided to try something new with the demonstrations. Rather than have the stages set up for a limited number of demonstrations, we will be giving vendors the opportunity to hold a 10-15 minute demonstration at their booths instead. Please specify when making your booth reservation if you would like to be a demonstrator.
Attached is the Vendor Contract and facilities booth layout. Return the contract with your check before January 25, 2011, if you wish to participate. But remember, a simple phone call or email will secure your booth. Please contact Sherry Iverson at 244-5919 or AllAboutWomenFair@gmail.com for additional information. If you have already called or sent in your paperwork, we would like to thank you for being so supportive of this worthwhile event.
