“As with poetry, painting is either a battle or a dance. Given the choice between music & a sword, I choose music.

A painter and poet, I play in the crossroads of art & spirit. My paintings are visual stanzas of a poem I will spend my life writing-with brush & pen.

I’ve had the honor to create and exhibit art in the United States, Europe, & Micronesia.

It’s a lovely dance.”

Meet Anna and see her work at a reception for the artist during Redding’s 2nd Saturday ArtHop, Sat., Nov. 13, 6 to 9 p.m. at Viva Downtown Redding, 1725 Market Street, Redding (next to the Cascade Theater).

Oh, how lovely to see your face and think of the public viewing your paintings tonight. Lucky, Reddingites! I wish this had been happening when I grew up there. I hope you sell a bunch! BTW, that photo is a definite for my fridge!
