    Ha, Ha Ha Phil! My point exactly. I used to live with a neighbor like that who stired up friction like this on a daily basis. She was a thrill a minute who should have been on some kind of treatment for her anger issues.

    Phil: I enjoy your comedic perspective! As a County Supervisor, I receive more calls about potential “code violations” than any other topic. While most of the calls are legitimate, many use the system to harass a neighbor they are unhappy with. Then the neighbor files a complaint – and on it goes…

    PS I think I’ve spoken with that lady in your cartoon. Talk about a “hair-curling” (pun intended) conversation!!! 🙂
