Details: The Trappist monks of New Clairvaux Abbey bring together the traditions of European grape-growing and wine-making with the skilled hands of fifth-generation winemaker Aimee Sunseri. During this exclusive tour, learn about the monastery and its connection with Peter Lassen and Leland Stanford, and tour both the Sacred Stones Chapter House project and the winery.
Complete the day by tasting special wines paired with delicious hors d’oeuvres. Located at New Clairvaux Abbey in Vina (near Corning).
Tickets: Shasta Land Trust members, $50 per person; non-members $55. Limited to 50 guests.
