Described as distinctive, powerful, deeply introspective and alluring — in media from Acoustic Guitar Magazine to the Modesto Bee — 25-year-old Megan Slankard has independently sold more than 22,000 CDs while performing in hundreds of cities across the United States and Europe. She self-produced her first CD at 18, and is hard at work finishing up her fourth CD with help from David Bryson (Counting Crows) and Jerry Becker (Pat Monahan).
