Michael Antonini of Hillsborough won the big prize at Monday’s raffle drawing at Turtle Bay Exploration Park. Antonini wins a $27,000 Toyota Prius hybrid. Pat Beasley of Redding won a Zapino electric scooter, and Gracie Martinez of Chico took third prize, a new bicycle.
