What: “Explorations in Science”

3rd Annual Family Science Night

When: Thursday, April 23, 2009, 6-8 p.m.

Where: North Woods Discovery School, 14732 Bass Drive,
Redding. NWDS is a free, public charter school for grades K-8.

Cost: FREE

Ever play with OOBLECK?  How about set off a water rocket?  Family Science Night provides a fun-filled opportunity for children and their parents to engage in hands-on science activities together.

In addition to our own activities and Nate Fairchild’s science demonstration, many community organizations will also present activities for the evening.

All activities are FREE, sponsored by NWDS Parent Club.

HELP Shasta will sell nutritious box meals for the evening.
