    Charcuterie looks beautiful, but quickly looks bedraggled and sad after half an hour of guests picking through it. Unless you have someone constantly refilling/rearranging the errant grapes, crushed crackers, and half-slices of cheese, any latecomers to the party will wish they'd eaten beforehand.
