    Well you should try one of the numerous varieties of Lantana (butterflies and hummingbirds love it), also Purple Cone Flower (echinacea); Mexican Heather ( first and last to keep blooming and bees depend on it when there is nothing else blooming), million bells can be prolific and there are so many colors.
