    Shasta County has more 4-H youths than all of California’s other counties combined. Shasta County appears to be #1 in junior livestock sales with ~$2million/year compared to ~$1.5million for Kern... But Kern County has over 1,000 4H-ers, Fresno County has ~750, and Shasta is third with ~675. Statewide there are ~4,100, so ~1/6 California 4H-ers […]
