In reply to Brando J Green. I might be overthinking this, but to me, not posting prices is a snobby way of dividing customers into the haves and have nots, with a preference to the haves.
Charcuterie looks beautiful, but quickly looks bedraggled and sad after half an hour of guests picking through it. Unless you have someone constantly refilling/rearranging the errant grapes, crushed crackers, and half-slices of cheese, any latecomers to the party will wish they'd eaten beforehand.
