Even though he was appointed to the position of RoV by a spiteful BoS majority, he is considered an elected official and can't be fired. So what's to be done with him besides this slap-on-the-wrist censure? Can he be put on administrative leave and be replaced with the rightful candidate who has now been elected? […]
