With 22 Blues Music Awards to his credit and 8 Grammy nominations, harmonica virtuoso Charlie Musselwhite has truly earned legendary status as one of blues music’s most important artists. Musselwhite has performed and recorded with Bonnie Raitt, Tom Waits, John Lee Hooker and many more. His latest CD, “Delta Hardware,” reflects on his tougher edge, first evident on his breakthrough 1967 release, “Stand Back.” Most recently, Living Blues magazine readers once again named him Most Outstanding Musician (Harmonica) in their 15th Annual Reader’s Poll.
