THURSDAY EVENING UPDATE: The Mallard Fire in Millville began at about 5:46 p.m. on Wed. July 20. It is located at Sprig Way and Millville Plains Road in Millville; 10 miles southeast of Redding The Mallard fire has destroyed 90 acres and one structure. The fire is 80-percent contained.
