The City Hotel was located at the corner of Tehama and Market streets. It was owned by Henry Clineschmidt from 1885 until it was destroyed by fire in 1893. The hotel chefs in white are George Burdick, right and Mr. Edovarch, left. (Click image for full-sized.)
