Far Northern Regional Center (FNRC) is proud to announce their 13th annual Holidays are for Caring program. This program was designed to provide gifts to selected individuals with developmental disabilities during the holiday season. Their goal is to choose individuals who may not receive any gifts during this special time of year. Generous donations from throughout their nine-county service area allow them to purchase, wrap and deliver these gifts just before Christmas.
