Block 7 Retail Investors, LLC, the owner of the new private parking structure, have decided to temporarily close the California Street Parking Garage to the public to address hours of operation, parking regulation enforcement, and additional security measures to ensure the safety and security of all users of the new parking facility.
The parking structure will be reopened to the public for free during the Asphalt Cowboys’ annual Pancake Breakfast that will be held on Friday, May 20th at which point the ownership will announce adjusted operations while ongoing construction activities are underway in the immediate vicinity.
