Today, three proponents served by certified mail and filed with our office Notices of Intention to Recall for three county supervisors. The recall targets are:
Supervisor District 1, Joe Chimenti
Supervisor District 2, Leonard Moty, and
Supervisor District 3, Mary Rickert.
The three supervisors have until next Friday, May 7th to file an answer with our office.
The proponents have until 10 days after the supervisors file their answer to file proof of publication of the Notice of Intention, and two copies of the blank recall petition with our office.
