Situation Summary:
•Two new positive cases. They are:
-A man in his 70s who is isolated at home.
-A woman in her 40s who is isolated at home.
•Some employers may choose, out of an abundance of caution, to notify their employees if one of their workers is in quarantine. This means that the person has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. The person in quarantine has not tested positive, but is being monitored by the Shasta County Public Health communicable disease team.
