Due to the expected PG&E power shutoff the main Redding Campus, Tehama, Trinity, Intermountain, and the Downtown Health Science and University Center campuses including online courses will be closed to all students and employees for Wednesday and Thursday, October 9 and 10, 2019. All non-instructional events for Wednesday through Saturday, October 9-12, 2019, have also been canceled.
We continue to closely monitor events and will reevaluate our campus’ status for Friday, October 11, 2019. Updates on our status will be provided via RAVE no later than 6 p.m. daily or sooner if possible to give our students and employees as much notice as possible.

Shasta College Fall Production “A Few Good Men” Date Cancellations
Due to the expected PG&E power shutoff the opening dates of October 11 and 12 for the Fall Play, A Few Good Men, have had to be rescheduled. For anyone who pre-purchased tickets for those dates we will honor those tickets at any of our other shows for this performance or provide you with a full refund. Due to the uncertainty of the power shutoff we will be evaluating if we keep the matinee performance on October 13 or are forced to cancel it. Please look for future announcements related to rescheduling these dates. The cast and crew wish to remind everyone of the other performance dates of October 17, 18, and 19 at 7:00pm in the Shasta College Theatre and our matinee performances on October 20.
