Live Music in the North State: May 8 – May 14

Pianist Jake Carter performs at Armando’s Gallery House on Friday, May 10.

The Bohemian Art Loft kicks off our week with Laurel Thomsen and Dan Frechette. Keb’ Mo’ appears at the Cascade Theatre, and the North State Symphony performs there two nights later. Michael Eby and Chiharu Sai perform on violin and piano at Pilgrim Congregational Church. The Dip offers its usual mix of interesting touring acts. Add to that mix a bunch of local favorites and a few open mics, and it equals a lot to take in for local live music fans. Enjoy.
