The Shasta College Horticulture Department and the Shasta County Master Gardeners will hold a Spring Gardening Workshop for local gardeners on March 23, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the 4000 building on the Shasta College Farm.
The workshop will include a verity of displays and information on sustainable gardening practices and strategies to garden in the Redding heat. There will be presentations on Biochar, integrated pest management, fertilizers and soil, seed starting and much more. The workshop is $5.00 and no prior registration is required.
