Summary:
Unstable conditions, shifting winds, steep terrain, and dry fuels continue to challenge firefighters. A Fire Weather
Watch has been issued for Thursday evening through Saturday. Winds increase this evening from the northnorthwest
with gusts up to 35 mph along the ridges which will lead to critical fire weather conditions. Crews will
work to mitigate potential spotting across control lines.

Whiskey Creek Rd to include the boat launch/day use areas
South along Swasey Dr from SR299 to Placer Rd

Keswick Dam East to Counter Lane, North to quartz Hill Rd
Cloverdale Rd from Placer Rd to Clear Creek Rd

CARR FIRE REPOPULATION
WHAT: Repopulation and re-entry of Centerville area.
WHEN: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
WHERE: Placer Road just west of Plateau Circle *RESIDENTS ONLY*
Re-entry of Placer Road West from Boston Ave to the intersection of
Swasey Drive. This will include all roadways on the North & South side of
Placer Rd for residents only. This will include Dillard Road and Skywalker
Drive. Residents entering this area will be required to produce
documentation to verify residency. Residents will only be able to access
this area via Placer Rd westbound from Buenaventura.
Placer Road remains closed West of Swasey Drive. All Swasey Drive
remains closed.

CARR FIRE MISSING PERSONS UPDATE

All of the current reported missing persons incident to the Carr Fire have been located and accounted for. The Missing Persons Hotline will be shutting down and staff will be directed towards other necessary tasks. Any additional missing persons reports will be processed through SHASCOM at (530)245-6540 per standard procedure.

The Shasta County Sheriff’s Department and the Redding Police Department thank the Shasta County community for their support and local media for their assistance in bringing our displaced citizens back together. We also offer our condolences to those who lost loved ones during this disaster.

As of now, access to Mary Lake via Lakeside Dr. is no longer available. Additionally, Lakeside Dr is closed at Greehaven Ln. The area of Regatta Ct., Greenhaven Ln. and Lakeside Dr from Buenaventura Blvd. to Greehaven Ln. are closed due to an issue NOT RELATED to the Carr Fire. Reentry to the Mary Lake Subdivision will continue. Access to the area will continue for residents only at Placer Rd. at Mary Lake Dr. or Placer Rd. at Oconner Ave. We will update you as soon as possible.

WHAT: Repopulation and re-entry of Mary Lake Subdivision
WHEN: August 1, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
WHERE: Mary Lake Subdivision *RESIDENTS ONLY*
Reentry to Mary Lake Subdivision will be for residents only. Access into
the area for residents of the Mary Lake Subdivision will be from
Buenaventura Blvd. to Lakeside Dr. or from Placer Rd. to Mary Lake Dr.
There will be no access to Placer Road west of Boston Ave and to Eureka
Way/SR-299 west of Ridge Drive.
The evacuation order remains for homes accessed via Dillard Lane and
homes accessed via Record Lane west of Nantucket Drive.
Some residents living on Quinton Drive, Brinn Dr., Ridge Dr. & Kilkee
Drive may have limited access to their properties due to safety concerns.
