    Hi Jim – Beautiful pic. When describing some cheeses, the term “forest floor” is used and your picture embodies what they are trying to convey. As in this description: “Inspired by the Welsh cheese Caerphilly, Cloud Cap has a mottled, lightly bloomy rind with aromas of earth and forest floor.”

      Thank you, Bob. The description of Caerphilly, Cloud Cap is eloquent. If my photo in any way conjures up that description — the imagery and sensations, I’m truly honored…and curious. I’ll have to try it.
