The City of Redding is accepting applications for the 2017-18 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Applications may be picked up at the Redding City Clerk’s Office, City Hall Third Floor, 777 Cypress Avenue, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. A link to the 2017CDBG application also can be accessed online. Go to the Housing and Community Development Department page on the City’s website at www.cityofredding.org and click on CDBG for a link to the 2017-18 CDBG Application.
Printed applications must be received at the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2017. Applications will not be accepted at the Housing Division office.
The Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) will conduct public meetings relative to the 2017 CDBG Program at the following times and locations:
January 25, 2017 – 5:30 p.m. at the Community Room adjacent to the City Council Chambers located at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding.
March 15, 2017 – 5:30 p.m. at the Community Room adjacent to the City Council Chambers located at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding.
March 16, 2017 – (Tentative) 5:30 p.m. at the Community Room adjacent to the City Council Chambers located at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding.
March 22, 2017 – Noon at the Caldwell Park Conference Room on the second floor of City Hall at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding.
