Home Buddy, a Redding-based home and office-cleaning business, announces its partnership with a national company, Cleaning For a Reason, to give the gift of four sessions of free house cleaning to women undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. Both organizations’ goal is to let this group of women focus on their health and treatment while Cleaning for a Reason focuses on, and takes away the worry and work of, cleaning their homes – free of charge
Cleaning For A Reason is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing four free cleanings for cancer patients. This nonprofit was formed in 2006 and is the only foundation in America doing this type of philanthropic work. Home Buddy of Redding is proud to be a member of this organization.
According to Home Buddy co-owner, Tana Hartman, she and her company have always helped women simplify their lives. “That is what we do. So being a part of the Cleaning For A Reason Foundation is a natural fit for our company,” she said.
