Matthew Graham will be released from custody later today. He was originally booked for a violation of his probation not related to the disappearance of Ember Graham. Per the courts request, Matthew will be released with a GPS ankle monitor and will be required to report daily to his probation officer. Matthew is still considered a person of interest in this case.
The Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit has not filed a case with the District Attorney’s Office and is still investigating and analyzing evidence in Ember’s disappearance. Today, detectives seized Matthews’s vehicle and transported it to the evidence lab for further processing.
