UPDATE, 6:14 pm:
On Thursday, July 2, at 05:26 AM, Shascom received a 911 call from Matthew Graham, 24, who reported that his six month old daughter, Ember Graham was missing from their residence on Noosha Ln. in Anderson.
Graham informed authorities he last saw his daughter at about 10:30 PM the night before and when he woke up after 5:00 AM, his daughter was missing from her crib.
Shasta County Sheriff’s Investigators have been interviewing family members while the Sheriff’s Office has been deploying of a multitude of various agencies, including the Child Abduction Response Unit (CART), Shasta County Search and Rescue, Cal OES, Redding Police, Anderson Police, CHP, Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office, Tehama County Sheriff’s Office, Shasta County District Attorney’s Office and Shasta County Child Family Services.
Six month old Ember Graham is considered to be missing and at risk due to a seizure disorder. According to family members, the child needs medications for her condition.
Ember Graham’s mother, Jamie Lee Graham, 19, resides in the City of Anderson, while the father, Matthew Graham lives in the unincorporated area of Anderson (Happy Valley). Both parents have been questioned by Shasta County Sheriff’s Investigators; although, no one has been arrested.
An Amber Alert has not been issued in this case due to the lack of information needed to meet the criteria, such as a witness to the incident, a suspect, or a suspect vehicle. However, law enforcement officials are continuing their efforts using other resources to locate Ember as they search the area surrounding the Noosha Ln. residence.
