Experience Field to Fork During Tehama Trail Passport Day 2015

Celebrate and support our local family farms, foods and people by participating in the annual Tehama Trail Passport Day June 6th. This free, self-guided agricultural tour allows participants to travel at their own pace and to enjoy the abundant resources produced by our local farms and vineyards across scenic Tehama County.

The trail tour visits family farms across the valley that produce an abundant variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beef, olives, olive oils and wines. It climbs picturesque volcanic hills to vineyards that make the award-winning wines of the Manton Viticulture Area. Each stop along the trail allows visitors to savor the flavors and meet the producers that make Tehama County so exceptional.

Some producers have special events planned, a bluegrass festival with plein air painting. Others will partner to pair fresh food, fine wines and olive oils. Start and finish the day anywhere along the trail, but don’t miss this opportunity to see why our local agricultural community is so diverse, unique and delicious.

Please join us Saturday, June 6th and start a family tradition on the Tehama Trail.

For more information call 855.357.8877. An easy to follow trail map that highlights participating locations is available at http://www.tehamatrail.com/ and at participating Tehama Trail Locations.
